Their menu of services all cost $250 or more. A capacitor which can be bought on amazon for $10-50, TAC charges $250. I get they have to charge for the service call but this is a rip off. They sell you the worst AC units out there and expect the client to continue calling for service repairs and maintenance. They diagnosed one of those cheap units that they sold me after just 2 years as having a freon leak and didn’t repair the damn leak. Now they expect me to pay for freon refills every so often. They’re nothing but thieves!

Most definitely 5 star service from Texas Air Conditioning! Rick and his team were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed my new HVAC system, replaced/cleaned all the ducts, put in insulation, replaced all the vents all in one day. And they cleaned up everything. Plus, when there was a problem with a drain pan a couple of hours after they'd left, they sent out a tech to fix it THAT NIGHT. I couldn't be happier with their work and their truly friendly and helpful attitudes throughout the whole process. Worth every penny of the reasonable total price for all they did. OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend them!
